We use the industry standard negative pressure air wash method to clean Furnace Duct and ventilation systems. From our large diesel powered trailer mounted equipment, we connect a 10" suction hose at or near your furnace plenum of both the heat supply side and the cold air return side (one at a time). We sequester the furnace from debris which also focuses the suction through the side of the system we're connected too.
While the duct work is under a tremendous amount of negative pressure (suction), generated by our exceptionally large 48" x 12" fan, controlled by throttle speed that we set at our diesel engine; we then take our high-pressure air and industry specific dislodging tools to the farthest point of your system and commence to dislodge and "chase" the dust and debris with high-pressure & volume of air to our suction hose, which carries it to our large dust collector aboard our trailer. Our dislodging tools will have passed through every square inch of your system multiple times during your service to ensure cleanliness.
Service generally takes 2-4 hours to complete, largely dependent on accessibility of the unit, amount of vents, etc.
